7 LAYER COOKIES

NAME: 7 Layer Cookies (Hello Dollies)

INGREDIENTS:                            

1 pkg crushed pecans

1 pkg butterscotch morsels

1 pkg chocolate morsels

1 pkg coconut

1 pkg graham crackers

1 pkg bittersweet morsels

1 can Eagle Brand milk

4 tsp of butter (not soft type)

9x12 oven proof dish

DIRECTIONS:

Crush the graham crackers into the dish with the butter to make a crust.

Add each of the morsels and pecans, one layer at a time.

Then add the coconut on top.

Next pour the Eagle Brand milk evenly over the other ingredients.

Place the uncovered dish in the oven preheated to 350 F for one-half hour.
